weakph ("weakph," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses the weakph online gaming platform at weakph.com (the "Platform"). weakph collects the following categories of personal data from players and platform users:

weakph does not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. We do not collect data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health information unless specifically required by law.

How We Collect Data

weakph collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct collection: Information you provide when registering a weakph account, completing identity verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or responding to surveys and promotions.

• Account management: Creating, maintaining, and securing your weakph player account, including authentication and access control;
• Identity verification (KYC): Verifying your identity and age (21+) in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Payment processing: Facilitating deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method, including GCash, PayMaya, and local bank transfers;
• Gaming services: Delivering the games, features, and services available on the weakph Platform, including personalized game recommendations;
• Regulatory compliance: Meeting weakph's obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012;
• Fraud prevention and security: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, cheating, money laundering, and other illegal conduct;
• Responsible gaming: Monitoring gaming behavior to identify potential problem gambling patterns and administering self-exclusion and limit-setting tools;
• Customer support: Responding to your inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing technical assistance;
• Marketing communications: Sending you promotional offers, bonuses, and platform updates where you have given your consent to receive such communications;
• Platform improvement: Analyzing usage patterns and player feedback to improve the weakph Platform's performance, design, and game offerings.

weakph will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or as otherwise required by law.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, weakph processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and weakph — i.e., providing the gaming platform and associated services you have registered to use;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with weakph's obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, AMLA requirements, and NPC directives;

• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for marketing communications and optional data collection. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Data Sharing

weakph does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment service providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors to facilitate your financial transactions on the Platform;
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and age verification services used to confirm your identity and eligibility to use the weakph Platform;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies as required by law;
• Fraud prevention services: Third-party providers that assist weakph in detecting and preventing fraudulent activity and money laundering;
• Technology and hosting providers: Cloud infrastructure and software service providers that support the operation of the weakph Platform, bound by data processing agreements;
• Professional advisors: Lawyers, auditors, and other professional advisors where necessary for legal, compliance, or financial purposes;
• Law enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies where weakph is legally required or permitted to disclose information.

All third parties with whom weakph shares personal data are required to handle that data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than the specific service they provide to weakph.

Data Retention

weakph retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your weakph account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping requirements;
• Transaction and gaming records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations;
• Identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance documentation purposes;
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless required for longer periods for security or legal purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, weakph will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

Data Security

weakph implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the weakph Platform;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored in weakph's databases;

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, weakph will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by weakph:

• Right to be informed: The right to know what personal data weakph collects about you and how it is used — which this Policy fulfills;
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data weakph holds about you;
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to weakph's legal retention obligations;

weakph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and support security functions. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function correctly, including session management, authentication, and security. These cannot be disabled;
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and responsible gaming limits to personalize your weakph experience;

Minors

The weakph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. weakph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If weakph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. If you believe that a minor has registered on the weakph Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

weakph employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and during the KYC process to prevent underage access to the Platform. These procedures are a core component of weakph's responsible gaming commitment.

Changes to This Policy

weakph reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in Philippine data protection law, PAGCOR regulations, Platform features, or weakph's data processing practices. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

When material changes are made to this Policy, weakph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the weakph Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
