Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and weakph ("weakph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the weakph online gaming platform available at weakph.com, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the weakph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the weakph Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the weakph Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the weakph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online casino gaming;
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of weakph, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the weakph Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

weakph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by weakph may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

If weakph discovers that a Player has misrepresented their age or eligibility, weakph reserves the right to void all bets placed, confiscate all winnings, and close the account immediately. weakph takes the 21+ age requirement seriously and employs age verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the weakph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

When registering a weakph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your weakph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify weakph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. weakph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

weakph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where weakph suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the weakph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). weakph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your weakph account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. weakph may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.

weakph processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected. weakph does not charge withdrawal fees, however your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Deposits made to your weakph account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Funds that are the direct result of a bonus award are subject to the specific wagering requirements of that bonus, as detailed in Article 5 below.

Bonuses & Promotions

weakph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all weakph promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as cash;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• weakph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. weakph reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where it suspects abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional offers. You may update your communication preferences at any time through your weakph account settings.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the weakph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

All games on the weakph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

weakph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's weakph account balance. weakph's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. weakph reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the weakph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Responsible Gaming

weakph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your weakph account settings at any time.

If you believe your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of weakph's self-exclusion facility, which will prevent you from accessing the Platform for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Privacy & Data

weakph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the weakph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

weakph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and weakph cannot guarantee absolute security.

weakph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the weakph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of weakph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the weakph Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the weakph Platform without prior written consent from weakph.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, weakph, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the weakph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

weakph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your weakph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

weakph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Termination

You may close your weakph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

weakph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if weakph determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the weakph Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. weakph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Amendments

weakph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, weakph will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the weakph Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. weakph recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.
